This machine is used to transfer disordered bottles one by one to next station b on conveyor. It is made of 304 grade stainless steel, which is GMP compliance. Disc diameter can be designed according to container size and capacity.
Model XP
Tumbling Bottle Washer
his machine is suitable for washing glass and plastic bottles. The bottles can be round or oval shaped, as long as bottle neck holder is available. The washing cycle includes three times of rinsing with water (soft water, purified water or WFI) and one blowing with purified air alternately. Both inside and outside of bottles are washed.

Tunnel Dryer
This machine is used to dry and sterilize vials, ampoules, etc, which is specially applied in pharmaceutical industry.
Benefits
It usespurified hot air to heat bottles up to dry up and to remove pyrogens. The whole process is under protection of 100 grade HEPA filter.
Heat-up zone:unique air-conducting device is used to prevent particles entering.
Sterilization zone:the hot air is heated up to 300-350 degrees, and this temperature is kept for 10-15 minutes to complete the sterilization.
Cool-down zone: Under the protection of laminar air flow, the heated bottles cool down to 10-15 degrees above ambient temperature.
A patented technology is used for heat distribution system to keep thermal uniformity in the tunnel.
All the blowers are variable frequency drive. Air pressure is adjustable at will. All purifyingchambers use negative pressure seal technology,no need of sealing material.
Heat-proof HEPA filters with power-off protection unit are used. Air-cooling device is mounted on blower bearing.
Conveyor with side slat is made of stainless steel, driven by chains.
Clean-in-place ultrasonic wave device is made to order.
Long life and accurate thermostat is used to enable even temperature. Thermal fluctuation is controlled within 2-5 degrees.
Touch panel as HMI. Control points includes air pressure, temperature, failure alarm, failure diagnosis and analysis, etc.

This machine adopts volumetric cylinders to fill liquid into bottles. The dosing cylinders are made of 316L grade stainless steel. According to practical requirement of output, numbers of cylinders are optional. The machine is widely applied in liquid industry of pharmaceutical, pesticide, chemical, foodstuff, cosmeticsindustry.
